My mother had a beautiful soul. She would help anyone she could no matter what. She would have given every organ in her body, if she could have. Unfortunately, she couldn’t donate her organs, but she was able to give her final gift and be a tissue donor. Her oldest daughter was a recipient of a kidney, so she always said “take what you can when I go home to heaven — I don’t need it anymore.”
