Donor Heroes

Jacob passed away suddenly on December 8th surrounded by his family at 22 years young. Jacob was adventurous and loved learning and experiencing new things. He was goofy and loved to laugh – he had the best laugh. He was the 2nd youngest of 5 boys and loved being a big brother, he was not so fond of being a little brother. He was an uncle, cousin, nephew, grandson, friend but most of all he was my baby boy. I know that a part of him lives on in his donations of heart, kidneys, pancreas and liver and that he would think it is so cool that he helped 4 people.
