Shanon unexpectedly ended up in the hospital because of a rare type of stroke we had the opportunity to choose to donate her organs, corneas & 2 heart valves on 12/9/23. Despite the lifelong struggles she had battling seizures & a disability she was a blessing that taught her family & many others what love is. Being able to have her legacy live on through organ & tissue donation gives us comfort after a very difficult unexpected situation.
